INFINITEXEC Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

By participating in the INFINITEXEC Referral Program (the “Program”), you (“Referrer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to current INFINITEXEC clients and participants who are at least 18 years of age.
1.2 INFINITEXEC employees, affiliates, contractors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at the sole discretion of INFINITEXEC.
1.3 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Qualified Referrals

2.1 A “Qualified Referral” means an individual or business that:

• Is referred through INFINITEXEC’s referral process;

• Is not already an existing client, lead, or contact in INFINITEXEC’s records;

• Signs up and is officially accepted as a client of INFINITEXEC under its standard client agreement.

2.2 Referrals that do not result in the referred party becoming a paying and active client of INFINITEXEC will not qualify for rewards.

3. Rewards

3.1 Referrers will receive the applicable reward(s) only for Qualified Referrals that become official INFINITEXEC clients.
3.2 Rewards are issued at INFINITEXEC’s sole discretion and are subject to approval, verification, and availability.

3.3 Rewards are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Reward eligibility is based on referrals made and clients converted within a twelve (12)-month calendar year. Rewards do not roll over into subsequent calendar years unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of INFINITEXEC.

3.5 Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged except at INFINITEXEC’s discretion.

4. Program Limitations

4.1 INFINITEXEC reserves the right to:

• Verify referrals and eligibility at any time;

• Withhold or revoke rewards if fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms is suspected;

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program without liability.

4.2 Any tax obligations arising from receipt of a reward are solely the responsibility of the Referrer.

5. Privacy

By participating, you consent to INFINITEXEC’s use of your name and limited contact information as necessary to administer the Program, in accordance with INFINITEXEC’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INFINITEXEC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program or acceptance of rewards.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Amendments

INFINITEXEC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
